Job summary

Rivian is seeking a junior technician to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations. You’ll work under the mentorship of senior technicians, primarily at a local service center, with potential for remote work, mobile service travel, or plant support as needed.

The role suits those who thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong communication, and a passion for innovation and adventure. Schedule is Mon–Fri with rotating Saturdays, 5pm–2am, plus a 15% night differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years in automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent grads.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentor guidance.
• Follow repair procedures with emphasis on quality and safety.
