Job summary

Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical acumen while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll support EV repairs, inspections, and field service under senior mentorship, primarily at a local service center with potential travel for mobile service or plant support.

The role involves a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotational Saturday, 4:30pm–1am shift, and a 15% pay differential for 6pm–6am. Strong communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent grads.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle service & repair: diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles across service centers, mobile routes or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories while under mentorship from senior technicians.
