Rivian is seeking an entry‑ to mid‑level Technician to grow their technical acumen while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely under the mentorship of senior technicians to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations, primarily at a local service center.

This role may involve remote work, travel for mobile service, or plant support as business needs evolve. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotational Saturdays, 5pm–2am shifts, and a 15%

Qualifikationen

• 0–3 years in automotive shop or technical environment; recent graduates welcome.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid systems or startup environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to regional locations as needed and work varying shifts.

Aufgaben

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product lines and EV framework under senior mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and safety.
• Assist with parts operations, inventory, and expenses.
• Maintain detailed repair notes and documentation.
