Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs in Florida. The role involves fieldwork, service-center tasks, and occasional travel to production sites, with a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The position is level-agnostic, offering a 5pm–2am schedule, Monday–Friday with rotational Saturdays, and a 15% differential between 6pm and 6am. A strong safety mindset and customer-facing professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at a service center or in the field.
• Identify Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures using available technical resources while maintaining safety.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts operations including ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Document all work and technical notes for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with team and communicate professionally with customers.
