Rivian seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; 3–5 year window emphasized.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles in service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories to customers.
• Follow repair procedures with available technical resources; drive road tests.
• Manage parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Document work and technical notes for internal/external use.
