A team-focused, safety-conscious approach is essential, with ongoing training and the potential for different seniority levels. Night shift hours vary by location; night shift receives a 15% hourly differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (3–5 years).
• Driving a non-commercial truck/trailer is preferred.
• 40-hour work week; may include weekends/holidays/shift variations.
• Proficient with Windows or Mac laptops/computers.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Fluent English reading/writing.
• Able to read government regs, safety rules, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles in service centers or at customer sites.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts operations: order, receive, ship, inventory.
• Provide feedback to senior technicians or leadership.
• Support service campaigns and containment initiatives.
• Document all work and notes for internal/external use.
• Collaborate with team and maintain high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
