Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized credential preferred.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3–5 year period).
• Ability to drive a non-commercial truck and trailer is preferred.
• 40-hour work week; weekends/holidays and various shift times may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or in the field at customer locations.
• Explain Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources without compromising quality or safety.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory.
• Document all work and technical notes for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Stay current with technical skills and required training.
• Interact with customers, affiliates, and suppliers at Rivian facilities or on mobile routes.
