Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician in Florida to support Rivian vehicle repairs and provide vehicle support at customer sites or production facilities. This role spans multiple seniority levels and emphasizes teamwork and customer-facing professionalism.

The position requires driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional travel to locations including plants. Training and benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and basic diagnostic aids.
• Ability to read and interpret vehicle maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with quality and safety in mind.
