Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency preferred.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no suspensions or revocations in 3–5 years).
• Ability to drive a non-commercial truck and trailer is preferred.
• 40-hour workweek with potential weekends/holidays/evenings/overnights.
• Willingness to travel to regional locations or production facilities as needed.
• Proficient with laptops/computers in Windows or Mac environments and with work order systems.
• Basic EV/hybrid exposure or startup environment experience is a plus.
• Graduation from an automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Service & Repair: diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Technical Guidance: learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
• Procedure & Safety Adherence: follow repair procedures safely and efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Parts & Operations: assist with parts operations, inventory tracking, and work orders/expenses.
• Documentation: maintain detailed technical notes for completed and in-progress repairs.
• Customer Interaction: interact with customers professionally at service facilities or outreach events.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
• Professional Growth: engage in training and stay current with evolving skills.
