Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 21+ years old.
• 0–3 years hands-on automotive shop/tech experience.
• Interest in EVs; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn EV framework, tools, and product line under mentor.
• Follow repair procedures and safety standards.
• Road test vehicles post-repair to verify quality.
• Manage parts, inventory, and repair documentation.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers at facilities or events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
• Complete required trainings and grow technical skills.
