Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical acumen while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work under mentorship to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations, primarily at a local service center with potential remote work or mobile support as needed.

You should enjoy fast-paced environments, have strong communication, and a passion for innovation and adventure.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete physical tasks.
• 0–3 years in automotive/technical environment; new grads welcome.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at various locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines with quality focus.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and safety.
• Support parts operations: ordering, receiving, inventory, expenses.
• Document detailed notes for completed and in-progress repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers, families and suppliers.
• Identify process improvements and participate in campaigns.
