Rivian is seeking an entry to mid‑level Technician to grow their technical acumen while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Based primarily at a Rivian service center, you will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service under mentorship.

This role may involve mobile service travel, remote work options, and collaboration with a passionate team. Candidates should be ready to work a dynamic schedule and learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years in automotive shop or technical environment.
• Basic EV/hybrid exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn EV framework and tools under senior technicians.
• Perform road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Support parts operations: ordering, receiving, inventory, and expenses.
• Maintain detailed repair notes and customer interactions professionally.
