Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs. The role requires a collaborative, team-oriented person ready for a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While based in Florida, you may travel to customer sites, production plants, or other Rivian locations to provide vehicle support as needed.

The position is level-agnostic with a Monday–Friday schedule, rotational Saturdays, and a 5 pm–2 am shift. A 15% pay differential applies for the 6 pm–6 am window.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; 21+ years old.
• Able to read English; comfortable with Windows or Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools and accessories to customers.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures using available technical resources without compromising safety or quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Document work and technical notes for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high-quality work with minimal supervision.
