Job summary

Rivian Automotive seeks energetic Product Guides to welcome visitors, educate customers, and deliver an exceptional experience across Rivian retail locations. You’ll demonstrate vehicles, coordinate demos, and drive engagement with a strong emphasis on premium service and community connection.

Ideal candidates have extensive customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle events, inventory displays, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in customer service, automotive, or hospitality-related fields preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays; ability to travel for market launches.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with an inclusive experience beyond their expectations.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate demonstrations and deliveries for an individualized experience.
• Support brand initiatives, including events, gear demos, trip planning, and community activities.
• Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge through ongoing training.
