Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Guide III in Charlotte to welcome and educate customers, driving engagement from initial contact through vehicle delivery. The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences, capturing leads, and supporting brand initiatives with demonstrated product knowledge.

You will work in a dynamic retail setting, using POS and CRM tools, and participate in events and demos while maintaining premium spaces and high service standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales or hospitality preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to work nights, weekends or holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED required; training in POS/CRM and Google Workspace preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for required state licenses within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders, and NPS results.
• Demonstrate product expertise and conduct demonstrations and customer deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives including events, gear demos, and trip planning; maintain POS/CRM systems.
