Job summary

Rivian in East Rutherford, NJ seeks a Product Guide III to welcome customers, deliver engaging experiences, and drive loyalty through premium service. You will lead demonstrations, support vehicle deliveries, and contribute to sales objectives while upholding brand standards. The role requires flexibility for events and travel as needed.

The position emphasizes customer interaction, product expertise, and proficiency with POS/CRM tools to capture leads and enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+ and 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends or holidays and travel as needed.
• Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve key performance indicators: leads, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders, and NPS/survey results.
• Engage with customers to create individualized experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: events, demand/lead generation, product deep-dives, and gear demos.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively use POS and CRM tools.
• Perform day-to-day operations: event support, space upkeep, and displays.
