Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer experience, sales advising, automotive retail, EV education, or similar fields.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong follow-up discipline — you enjoy staying organized and keeping customers engaged.
• High empathy and a genuine passion for helping people make confident decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers exploring Evotrex vehicles.
• Conduct personalized outreach to understand customer needs, lifestyle, and EV readiness.
• Provide clear, friendly education on vehicle features, charging, pricing, and configuration options.
• Host virtual or in-person walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions to help customers feel confident and informed.
• Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up with all leads — ensuring customers feel remembered, supported, and never pressured.
• Track customer milestones (initial inquiry, test drive, configuration, financing, etc.) and follow up at each stage.
• Re-engage dormant leads with thoughtful check-ins, updates, and personalized recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships that convert interest into purchase.
• Coordinate internally to ensure customers experience a smooth, predictable buying process.
