Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a mid-level customer technical support specialist. You will serve as the lead liaison for customer communications and status reporting, coordinating with engineering and sales to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved.

You will troubleshoot billing, account management, charging accessibility, and hardware/software problems on the EV charging platform, provide training to support staff, and prepare regular KPI dashboards to guide

Qualifications

Technical/diagnostic ability beyond basics is required.
3+ years of customer technical support experience solving technical problems.
Ability to adapt to schedule changes and cover for teammates.
Strong attention to detail to catch often-overlooked issues.

Responsibilities

Act as frontline support for customer inquiries and ticket resolution.
Coordinate with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to understand product features and KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track ticket volume and resolution times.
Travel to field sites occasionally to provide hands-on technical support when needed.
Escalate complex issues and provide guidance for rapid resolution.
