Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a mid-level customer technical support lead focused on EV charging (EVOLV). You will liaison with engineering and sales to ensure project milestones and strong partner relationships, while providing expert guidance on EV charging issues.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of technical inquiries, with opportunities for advancement in a growing renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer technical support experience.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities beyond basics.
• Flexible schedule with ability to cover for teammates.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for 24/7 coverage of the EVOLV platform.
• Act as frontline support for customer inquiries including billing, accounts, charging access, and troubleshooting.
• Work with engineering to understand EV charging ecosystem and protocols (OCPP, OCPI).
• Occasionally travel to provide hands-on technical support for high-value customers.
• Communicate with Sales/Marketing/Engineering to track features and KPIs; develop quality controls.
• Be escalation point for complex technical issues and guide resolutions.
• Develop and maintain training plans and knowledge resources.
