Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a mid-level EV charging support specialist at our Costa Mesa, CA location. You will lead customer communications, coordinate with engineering and sales, and drive milestones for partner projects in a fast-growing renewable energy environment.

You will be the primary contact for technical inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and help maintain high standards of service. Occasional field visits and training duties are included.

Qualifications

• Must have technical/diagnostic ability along with analytical ability to diagnose problems above basics, and basic mechanical skills.
• 3+ years of customer technical support experience solving technical problems.
• Flexible schedule with potential coverage for teammates.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling to ensure 24/7 coverage for the EVOLV platform.
• Provide frontline support for tickets, including billing, account management, and charging issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand EV charging protocols and serviceability.
• Travel occasionally to provide hands-on technical support for key customers.
• Regularly communicate with Sales/Marketing/Engineering on features and quality controls.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and guide resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical training plans and a knowledge resource library.
