Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a mid-level EV support specialist who works in-person from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will serve as the lead liaison for customer communications and status reporting, coordinating with engineering and sales to keep milestones on track.

You will gain hands-on exposure to EV charging protocols (OCPP, OCPI) and provide technical guidance, analyze tickets and KPIs, and occasionally travel to support high-value customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical customer support experience.
• Flexible; may cover for teammates.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Technical/diagnostic ability with basic mechanical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate scheduling for 24/7 coverage of the EVOLV platform.
• Frontline support for tickets including billing, account management and hardware/software issues.
• Work with engineering to understand EV charging protocols and serviceability.
• Travel to support high-value customers as needed.
