Job summary

Gotion, Inc. invites a dynamic Sales Manager – EV Charging to join our Silicon Valley–based team. You will drive NA EV charging sales, manage strategic programs, and lead negotiations from early engagement to delivery.

You will coordinate internal resources, analyze market needs, and position our battery and charging solutions for high-value projects across automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering, or communications.
• North America market sales experience preferred.
• Progressive sales growth in technical products.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop EV charging and industrial project opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and oversee project lifecycle from engagement to delivery.
• Understand product line and market landscape to position offerings.
• Lead quotations at each project stage and price based on value.
• Attend green energy exhibitions to stay informed.
