Ever, the AI-native auto retail platform, seeks a General Manager for its Costa Mesa hub to own the full deal lifecycle from first contact to funding and title. You will lead Sales, BDC, F&I, and Business Office with accountability for performance, culture, and daily execution in a high‑volume, customer‑facing operation.

The role requires a full‑time on-site presence, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming margins and processes in automotive retail.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of senior leadership in a high‑volume, consumer‑facing operation.
• Direct experience owning Sales and F&I performance with front‑end and back‑end margin mechanics.
• Proven track record leading a BDC or inside sales function with clear pipeline metrics.
• Experience with CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds or similar dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, BDC, F&I, and Business Office/Title & Registration for the Costa Mesa hub.
• Own deal lifecycle from lead to funding, ensuring margins and compliance.
• Drive SOPs, system rollouts, and process improvements across four verticals.
• Run weekly reviews, translate company targets into vertical goals, and manage performance.
