Ever seeks a General Manager to lead the San Diego hub, owning the full customer-facing deal lifecycle from first contact to delivery, funding, and title. You will drive four verticals—Sales, CX, F&I, and Business Office—while shaping culture and daily execution.

The role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and the ability to hit GPU, deal volume, and margins through structured reviews and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 5–8 years of senior leadership in a high-volume consumer-facing operation.
• Experience owning Sales and F&I performance with front-end and back-end margin mechanics.
• Customer experience leadership with measurable pipeline and conversion accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own four verticals (Sales, CX, F&I, Business Office) at the San Diego hub and drive target attainment.
• Lead on deal velocity, margin integrity, and onboarding for new hires.
• Enforce SOPs, lender compliance, and multi-state title/registration processes.
