Job summary

UltraViolet Cyber is expanding its security services sales team and seeks an experienced Sales Executive to own the European territory. You will lead the full sales cycle, engaging CISOs and procurement, and coordinating with delivery and marketing to drive multi-year engagements.

The role demands deep cybersecurity knowledge, a consultative selling approach, and a proven ability to close large enterprise deals in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying security sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding bookings targets.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts in Europe with GDPR awareness.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Remote-first, self-motivated with strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales motions: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Build and execute a territory plan to acquire new logos and grow existing accounts.
• Position the full suite of offensive security services (pentesting, red teaming, cloud testing, MDR).
• Maintain 3x+ quota coverage and accurate forecasting.
• Engage CISOs, engineering leaders, and procurement stakeholders in consultative discussions.
