The role includes asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and coordination with L3/infrastructure teams. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 onsite IT support for warehouse users.
• Incident and service request management through ServiceNow.
• User account administration and access management.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 onsite IT support for warehouse users.
• Incident and service request management through ServiceNow.
• Support for PCs, laptops, RFID scanners, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
• User account administration (password resets, unlocks).
• Basic network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Hardware installation and replacement coordination.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• User onboarding/offboarding support.
• End‑user training and guidance.
• Onsite support at nearby locations within service radius.
• Escalation to L3 and vendor teams.
