Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience in technology support functions.
• Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS; hardware/software/networking knowledge.
• Possession of a valid driver's license; ability to travel to site and work off-hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support resource for designated sites.
• Update and maintain knowledge documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide timely direction, training, and guidance related to technology processes.
• Troubleshoot site-level technical issues and perform maintenance tasks.
• Image and prepare equipment for Call Center new-hire classes for NC/SC areas.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory/compliance awareness in IT tasks.
