Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an IT support specialist to provide Tier 1–2 EUC support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, and printers at warehouse sites. You will handle incidents in ServiceNow, manage user accounts, and coordinate with L3 and vendors to resolve issues.

You will perform basic network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance, participate in ITIL processes, and assist with asset management and onboarding/offboarding across the site locations.

Qualifications

• Tier 1–2 EUC support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners and printers.
• Strong ServiceNow Incident, Request, and Escalation Management experience.
• Active Directory/Azure AD user administration and access management.
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and hardware break‑fix.
• ITIL‑based operations with asset management, vendor coordination, and warehouse application support.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1–2 onsite IT support for warehouse users.
• Incident and service request management through ServiceNow.
• Support for PCs, laptops, RF scanners, printers, mobile devices, tablets, and video conferencing equipment.
• User account administration (access requests, password resets, account unlocks).
• Basic network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Support for approved business and warehouse applications.
• Hardware installation, configuration, and replacement coordination.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• User onboarding/offboarding support. End-user training and guidance.
• Onsite support at nearby locations within the agreed service radius.
• Escalation and coordination with L3, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.
