Job summary
deepset seeks a senior sales professional to lead the EU institutional market, based in Brussels. You will own end-to-end account development with EU institutions and shape procurement conversations before tenders are published.
You will expand our footprint with the European Commission and other agencies, building a Brussels presence through events and strategic partnerships. Fluency in English and relocation willingness are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience selling complex software to EU institutions and navigating public procurement processes.
- Ability to manage long multi-stakeholder sales cycles (12–24 months).
- Proven success hunting new logos and expanding installed accounts.
- Fluent English, Brussels-based or willing to relocate; not remote.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of EU institutional logos and shape pre-tender requirements.
- Navigate framework contracts, CPV tenders, and consortium bids.
- Grow commissions and expand deployments across EU institutions, notably the EC.
- Represent deepset in Brussels through speaking slots and high-level events.
- Develop stakeholder maps, account plans, and multi-year territory strategy.
