Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Client Service Supervisor for the ETF Operations team in Boston. You will serve as the escalation point for complex client inquiries, supervise junior staff, and ensure timely service and accuracy of ETF operations.

Responsibilities

• ETF Operations subject matter expertise is important for this role. You will be dealing with clients helping to resolve ETF Operations related inquiries as well as managing junior staff to ensure deadlines are being met.
• You will also be validating and analyzing NAV impacts in order to ensure that the ETF Portfolio Composition File (PCF) is calculated accurately on a nightly basis.
• Understanding corporate action processing and trade processing is relevant as well.
