Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Boston is seeking a Sr. Client Service Representative to act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams.

You will provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries and support client service standards across Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal departments, training of newer staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 3 years of Industry experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
• Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of various securities options, accounting standards and ongoing regulatory changes required
• Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, workflows, numeric information and problem solving
• Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
