BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an Estimator to develop and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial losses. You will meet with clients and adjusters, prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, and monitor progress through project completion.

An ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with budgeting and cost control, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and management.

• Experience with Xactimate estimation and budgeting.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and building codes.

• Ability to manage estimates through completion and communicate progress.

Aufgaben

• Create accurate estimates for residential, commercial and industrial losses using Xactimate.
• Meet with clients and adjusters to develop quality and competitive estimates.
• Manage work through completion and review budgets and cost reports.
• Review invoices and labor to ensure costs are included monthly.
• Maintain compliance with BELFOR naming conventions and standards.
