BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking an Estimator to develop and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet clients, generate competitive estimates using Xactimate, and guide jobs from start to finish while coordinating with management on budgets and progress.

Successful candidates will leverage BELFOR standards in estimates, maintain schedules, and collaborate with trades to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimates and BELFOR formatting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain budgets and address overages as they present themselves.
• Review invoices and ensure costs are included in monthly job costs.
