You will meet with clients, develop quality estimates, and guide projects through completion while reviewing invoices and budgets. As part of BELFOR’s training path, you will progress through levels with continued professional development,

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate experience.
• Extensive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Develop competitive estimates for residential, commercial and industrial jobs.
• Meet with clients and manage work through completion.
• Review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management.
• Ensure costs are captured in job costs and invoices are reviewed timely.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct on site.
