Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the management team to meet KPI targets, adherence to DRP guidelines, I-CAR training, and ongoing training. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines not explicit here.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP's; 1 year experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and internal processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend trainings as needed.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
