Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance companies.

You will document repair needs, communicate progress to customers, and ensure alignment with the shop's KPIs while upholding WOW Operating Way standards. Prior DRP experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• 2nd: Basic computer skills and the ability to look up information.
• 3rd: Willingness to complete I-CAR training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately throughout the repair process.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair journey.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold company values.
