Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide excellent customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, guide the repair process, ensure DRP compliance, and participate in daily production walks to support the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Compliance for DRP’s required; willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings; support colleagues as needed.
