Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, stay aligned with team KPIs, and communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance experience, with a willingness to complete I-CAR

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with customers and insurers.
• Support team members and participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
