Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role focuses on aligning with team goals to meet facility KPIs, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining high service standards in a busy collision and glass repair environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with accuracy.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drops, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as needed.
