Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in Berea, Ohio to deliver an outstanding customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and communicating with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment and collaboration with the repair team to meet KPIs.

The candidate should have knowledge of OE repair guidelines, a High School diploma, and be willing to pursue I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to access repair orders and DRP documentation.
• Awareness of DRP procedures and insurance workflows.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as part of role.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Communicate customer needs to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend health & safety meetings and mandatory training sessions.
