Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Columbus, OH is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. You will document all interactions, inform clients of progress, and help drive KPIs through clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities include applying OE guidelines, participating in production walks, ensuring DRP compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP's required.
• Minimum 1 year experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRPs.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members and maintain KPI performance.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training as required.
