Gerber Collision & Glass in Westerville, OH is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience, accurately assess vehicle damage, and prepare clear repair plans while coordinating with customers and insurers.

The role requires a high school diploma, DRP knowledge, and willingness to complete I-CAR training; a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are essential. Compensation is commission-based at $65,000–$90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions with timely, accurate updates.
• Provide customers with clear information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with the WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and by phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
