Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Westerville, OH is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by preparing accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process to ensure alignment with KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through repair steps, and maintaining DRP compliance while supporting the team in daily production walks and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team members.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
