Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training sessions.
• Support team members as needed.
