Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Nashville seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of experience, knowledge of OE guidelines and insurance programs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of Insurance programs and procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance processes and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend required training.
• Assist team members and support DRP compliance as needed.
