Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information to customers throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements.
• Communicate customer needs to team members.
• Support team members as needed.
