Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs while aligning with WOW Operating Ways and DRP requirements. Minimum 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to the team.
• Maintain a positive demeanor when greeting customers in person and over the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures as required.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings; participate in training as required.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
