Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. This role ensures alignment with team KPIs and WOW Operating Way standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes.
• Participate in team production walks and safety meetings.
• Support team members to maintain KPI performance.
