Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating repairs, communicating with customers and insurance providers, and ensuring accurate damage appraisals. You will collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and uphold WOW standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with relevant details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and by phone.
• Contribute to daily production walks and KPI achievement.
• Support team members and participate in Health & Safety meetings.
