Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs, while communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training readiness, with a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Join a team focused on KPI performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Maintain KPI targets by coordinating repairs and communicating with team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Uphold the company’s core values of honesty, integrity and respect.
